What was once in her heart,
Now lies in the shadows,
Afraid to be hurt once again.
She hides form the world,
The people and their lives,
She strives to know who She is.
Once She was content,
Satisfied with Her being,
With no more then Her other half.
Then waves of pain;
Of hate; of cruel, cruel fate
Washed Her away out to sea.
Floating around,
On the waves of Her tears,
She knows nothing She did before.
She searches for love,
She hopes for happiness
And She wishes that 'she' were not me.
