Back in Elementary School, I was ‘one of the crowd’. I knew everyone, could talk to anyone, without feeling as if I was diving into the sharks’ tank. Everyone knew me, anyone could talk to me. And even though I was someone they couldn’t care less about, I was still a blip on their radar. And there were always the companions: the people that would always want to be together and have you included. I used to have eight of those people, now I am reduced to two. Today I found myself lost in this world with nobody near me.
I felt like shit.
I wanted to hide but made jokes about myself
and how I’m a lonely girl lost in this world with no where to go and no one to hug and depend on. I wanted to cry but I couldn’t imagine people near me laughing and teasing me.
